Smyth County CSA Department Comprehensive Services For At-Risk Youth and Their Families and Early Intervention Parent Education Services Programs Parent Education Early Intervention ProgramThis program promotes nurturing family interactions and prevent and treat family Dysfunction through intensive parent education services in the home and groups. Eligibility for the program is determine by the following criteria. At-risk pregnant teens and families with minor children between the ages of prenatal to 10 years old, that are showing early behavioral difficulties and considered to be at risk for future emotional and behavior problems and are at risk for the occurrence of abuse or neglect.
